It may also help with conditions like fibromyalgia and promote better sleep quality. I offer back and shoulder and full-body treatments, and can also target problem areas, depending on my client’s needs.

Keeping your hands and feet well-maintained and free from dead skin is an important part of preventing premature ageing and can help create that all-important first impression for busy professionals. Adding paraffin wax bathing to soften skin for hands and feet soothes and rejuvenates as well as helping conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia. Treatments start at just £12.

Hot Stone Massage has its origins in indigenous American and Pacific cultures, and has evolved into a relaxing and effective method of easing and soothing tense muscles and damaged soft tissue throughout your body. I use flat, round, basalt stones, heated and combined with massage oils to warm and relax fatigued muscle groups, giving you a very special treatment. You may find it beneficial to introduce cold stones (included in the price) into the therapy, depending on your specific needs, but we’ll discuss this as part of your pre-treatment consultation.

WAX TREATMENTS FOR HANDS
A paraffin wax “dip” or “bath” is a soothing treatment in which the hands are submerged in a warm mixture of paraffin, a petroleum-based wax and mineral oils. Paraffin wax has been shown to treat conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia among others. A wax treatment acts as a type of thermotherapy, or heat therapy, that helps treat these conditions by increasing blood flow, relaxing muscles and reducing stiffness in joints.
